Dr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra is a distinguished academician and accomplished professional having an experience of over 25 years in different facets of academia, currently serving as the Registrar of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore. Dr. Mishra has a passion for creating dynamic institutional ecosystems that foster unparalleled teaching, learning, and research experiences. With a proven track record as both a Dean and Director at prestigious institutions, Dr. Mishra has spearheaded initiatives in Outcome Based Education, Accreditation, and Ranking methodologies, consistently elevating institutional standards and paving the way for remarkable growth. His key expertise includes Educational Leadership & Strategic Planning, Institutional Development & Growth Strategies, Outcome Based Education Implementation, Accreditation & Ranking Advancements, Research & Innovation Initiatives by blending visionary leadership with a hands-on approach, he has facilitated the evolution of educational institutions into centers of excellence. His strategic insights and collaborative ethos have empowered faculty, staff, and students alike to thrive in an environment of innovation and achievement.

Dr. Mishra has served as Director and Dean at reputed Management Institutions in the country. Before joining JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), he rendered his services as Dean – Strategic Initiatives at S. P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai, Director, Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad, and Director, MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. Furthermore, Dr. Mishra is actively involved in various professional bodies related to academia contributing to policy advocacy. He has been on the Executive Board of the Association of Indian Management Schools(AIMS), since 2016, and has served as the Regional Vice President – Southern Region for the year 2018 – 19. He has also served as the National Secretary of the Centre for Education Growth and Research(CEGR) for the year 2021-22. Dr. Mishra was nominated by the Chairman University Grants Commission(UGC) as an Expert in the UGC Committee for drafting the subject-specific template for Learning Outcomes based Curriculum Framework (LOCF) for Undergraduate Level Programme in Management. He was a Member of AIMS Committee to Coordinate with AICTE for the Implementation of NEP in PGDM Institutions.

Ravichandran has over 35 years of professional experience covering 19 years of Technology consulting services (ERP, SCM, CRM, PLM, Business Intelligence) and industry experience spanning the Financial Services and Manufacturing sector. 5 years have been working with the startup ecosystem and funding start ups at early stages of incubation and hand holding them. Prior to the startup ecosystem – been in corporate life as Managing Director of Accenture Technology, Bangalore for 16 years. Worked with SAP India in setting up the SAP operations in India and also associated with Manufacturing companies like the TVS group (Sundram Fasteners) and Grindwel Norton Engineer from PSG college of Technology and based in Bangalore.

Sridhar Dharmarajan, fondly known as DS, has built, scaled & transformed organizations in his 30 years+ career in India, to date. In his current role as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, India (HMII), DS has been instrumental in establishing & building the Hexagon brand in India with a strong presence and P&L business.DS is one of the popular leaders who is well known for being highly passionate, self-motivated and a result-oriented professional who has created, driven and transformed multiple P&Ls and businesses throughout his corporate career & journey. Besides establishing various MNCs and start-ups, his achievements include developing, nurturing and creating unique talents & future leaders, in India. He holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from the reputed Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISC).

AB Venkatesan brings 25 years of extensive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Corporate Communication, and Advertising. He has been associated with Ogilvy Advertising, one of the largest advertising agencies globally, where he contributed to major campaigns for clients like Unilever, Castrol, CavinKare, Arun Ice Cream, and ITC. In addition to his role at Ogilvy, Venkatesan held leadership positions at prominent organizations, including the Murugappa Group, the Amalgamations Group, and GEC Alsthom. He is a certified corporate trainer and has made significant contributions to academia as a Professor of Practice.

Sandhya Ganapati is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Finance and Human Resources. She has spent a significant portion of her career with the Health & Family Welfare Department, Karnataka, where she contributed to various projects and initiatives. Over the past 3 years, she has transitioned into the education sector, bringing her expertise in management, finance, and HR to drive impactful changes in the field.

With a diverse career spanning multiple industries, Pranjal has gained valuable experience as a Tax Associate at PwC, where she honed her expertise in taxation as an Associate. Transitioning to HR, she worked as a recruiter with Quess Corp and Gett Jobs, contributing to talent acquisition and organizational growth. Her varied background reflects her adaptability, strategic thinking, and passion for contributing to organizational success.

V. Sivasubramaniam has three decades of experience in conducting Executive Assessment, Corporate Training, and Business Consulting. He has completed over 3000 days of Assessment, Training and Consulting for diverse industries in Construction Input, Engineering, FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, Automobile, Farm inputs, Manufacturing, Service Industry etc. He is based in Chennai-India. He is a certified accredit trainer of HRG UK in instructional design and execution, and a TQM facilitator of Phil Crosby Associates, USA. He is a certified CMSI trainer (CMSI is an US based organization which gives ISO certification to individual sales professionals), He is a SPIN certified trainer. Technical Culture Change Manager. He is also a SL II certified leadership coach.

Ravi Bhuthapuri is a passionate and dedicated learning facilitator, coach and mentor portfolio includes competencies relating to Design Thinking, Stakeholder Engagement, Personal Effectiveness, Customer Centricity, Agile, Programme Management and leadership competencies such as Critical Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Leading Change, Negotiation, Emotional Competence, Coaching Skills and Business Acumen. He has offered learning programmes on these topics at Latent View Analytics, Market Simplified, Flextronics India, Purchasing Power, Network International.

Laxminarayanan G is a seasoned business leader and management consultant renowned for his adeptness in leveraging data, AI, and digital technologies to tackle complex business challenges. Armed with a management degree from IIM Lucknow and a Post Graduate Diploma in AI/Machine Learning from IIIT Bangalore, Laxminarayanan brings a unique blend of strategic insight and technical proficiency to the table. With a rich background in management consulting, he has spearheaded AI and analytics initiatives for numerous Fortune 500 companies, specializing in digital strategy, delivery excellence, analytics, digital media, presales, and omni-channel marketing campaigns.

Seshadri Venkatesan has over 35 years of experience that includes 7 years with the Indian Navy and 10 years of ship repair and ship management experience in as many countries. Currently, he is the founder and MD of NALS. During the past 16 years, over 33,000 individuals have participated in NALS Outdoor programs offered across 5 locations in India.

Rao is a Professor of Finance at CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) and served as Area Chair of Finance from 2011 to 2020. He has 4 years of Corporate and 32 years of Academic experience. He is the Research Guide for PhD Programme of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).He is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant, Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a Chartered Financial Analyst and PhD in Finance. He is a Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA, UK and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (AICPA, USA). As a visiting faculty at IIM Indore during 2013 and 2014, he earned a feedback rating of 9.01 on 10.

Passion for learning new things and sharing knowledge has led Dr. Chaya Bagrecha, Professor and Area Head (Finance), Faculty of Management studies, CMS Business School-Jain (Deemed to be) University to a conscious decision of opting for teaching as a profession. She comes from a business family, which has helped her in hands-on training in entrepreneurial skills. She has done her MBA from Kuvempu University and Secured First rank and two gold medals for the best outgoing student in 1993. Having done her NET with JRF and SLET, she has come a long way, both in terms of academics and research. She was awarded a doctoral for her research in corporate governance.

Dr. Shalini R is a Faculty of Finance at CMS B School, Jain Deemed to be University, Bangalore. She has completed her PhD degree from Bharathiar University and MBA from Bangalore University. She has more than 22 years of experience in Corporate and academics. She is the Research guide for PhD program at Jain Deemed to be University. Her current research focuses on Fintech, behavioral finance, Corporate Finance, sustainability and emerging technologies. Dr. Shalini was invited as a guest speaker at Amity, Mauritius. Prof. Shalini R has published research papers in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC and peer reviewed journals covering the areas of Capital Structure, GST, Investment alternatives, Mutual Funds, Fintech, Metaverse, Gen AI and Investor’s behavior etc.

Dr. Praveen Gujjar is an Associate Professor and Area Head in Business Analytics at CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). Dr. Gujjar is an accomplished academician with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Science, an MBA in Technology Management, an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he specializes in core courses within Business Analytics, including Visualizations, Predictive Analytics, and Prescriptive Analytics. He has trained numerous senior and mid-level executives from various industries.

Dr. Kumar Mukul is presently Professor and Area Chair, ENVC ( Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation) Family Business Management at CMS B School , Jain University. Dr. Kumar has over 23 years of work experience in teaching, research, training and entrepreneurship. He is a post graduate from JNU, New Delhi and holds PhD in entrepreneurship from Tata Institute for Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He was an Academic Associate at IIM Ahmedabad for four years. He was also a UGC Research Fellow-JRF and SRF. He worked at EDII (Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India) , Ahmedabad, Gujarat University, and KLE Society’s IMSR, Hubli (affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad).

Dr. Lubna Ambreen, MBA, KSET, Ph.D., Currently working as Associate Professor, Program Coordinator- Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation Area & Coordinator for PhD program (Management), CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University. An alumnus of Bangalore University has over one and half decades of experience in teaching and research. Dr. Luban has presented papers at National and International Conferences and has won the best paper awards. Published research papers and Case studies in journals of repute. Written books on Entrepreneurship and other Management Courses. Her research interest lies in the areas of sustainability, entrepreneurship & family business.

Ram has had over 32 years of industry experience primarily in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Corporate Strategy and International operations. He has held a number of leadership positions in industry. His last assignment prior to retirement was as CEO-Battery Business and Director at Amco Batteries a position he held in parallel to his consulting role for 5 years. He guided the business to resolution of legacy issues, built it up to sustained growth with improvement in all business metrics.

S. Ramachandra (little Ram) co-founded “Littler associates”, a consulting firm specialising in the area of Marketing and Strategy in 2005. “Littler Associates” works with clients across different industry segments, providing advisory services in the areas of strategy development and formulation of marketing programs. Prior to starting Littler was Chief of International Operations at Pidilite Industries Limited. In this position, Ram over saw the launch of Pidilite's products in various emerging International markets across Africa, the Middle East, SAARC, Russia, and South America.

Prior to this Ram was responsible for conceiving and establishing the Amaron branded battery program at Amara Raja Batteries and saw the business and brand achieving strong industry status. As Executive Vice President, Ram was also responsible for leading the sales and marketing effort for all automotive and industrial products, interacting with the JV partner- Johnson Controls to bring the automotive project to fruition and establishing exports in over 20 countries.Ram has also had senior level stints as Vice President- Copper at Sterlite Industries guiding the company to market leadership and as General Manager - Replacement sales at Exide Industries, reversing decline in Aftermarket sales to power Exide to 'Superbrand' status. For the year 2004, the Centre for Change Management recognized Ram as one of the "Super Achievers.""

In addition to his work as principal consultant at Littler associates, Ram also lectures at business schools on the topic of brand management and marketing strategy. Ram has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Univ. of Madras and a post-graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
